Items delivered damaged or faulty
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement, any time after this and we will be unable to supply a replacement. Please check goods on delivery where possible and sign for.
Items delivered incorrect -
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any problems immediately, organise for a replacement and collection of any wrong goods.
Check all goods for damages
Upon delivery and within 72 hours after, please check all goods and open boxes were necessary for damages. If any damages are found please notify us immediately, if we are not notified within that period we will be unable to supply a replacement.
Please provide name ,address and phone number on receipt of goods. Deliveries will be arranged and organised by our transport department.
We will need to be informed immediately or before orders are released for delivery if the item is not required. We will then arrange for the relevant refund to be made according to payment method.
Returns and Refunds Policy
All cancelled or non faulty items must be returned within 10 working days starting from the day item is purchased. In order to collect the goods a collection charge along with a handling charge may be implemented, normally 25% of sale item. The collection charge will need to be paid in advance.
All refunds due to cancellation will be paid back within 28 days of returned items. Items will need to be in a resale condition and within original packaging. The refund will be minus any handling charges.
